General information
This website is provided for corporate information, general educational content and enquiry purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, investment, immigration, foreign-exchange or medical advice for any individual matter.
Insurance and licensing boundaries across jurisdictions
Mainland China: 智悦世家(深圳)管理咨询有限公司 is neither an insurance company nor an insurance intermediary. It does not use this website to recommend or quote insurance products, arrange applications, collect premiums or act in claims. Insurance activities regulated in mainland China must be conducted by duly authorised insurers or insurance intermediaries.
Hong Kong: Where a matter involves an explanation of a Hong Kong insurance product, needs analysis, advice, an application, a sale or any other regulated activity, the relevant service is provided independently by an authorised Hong Kong insurer and a licensed insurance intermediary, acting within the scope of their current licence, appointment and authority. An individual’s licensed status does not mean that 智悦世家(深圳)管理咨询有限公司 holds a Hong Kong insurance intermediary licence.
Insurance-related content on this website is limited to general consumer education and assistance with understanding contractual information. It is not an offer, recommendation or invitation to purchase an insurance product directed at any person in any particular jurisdiction. Product obligations, charges, guaranteed benefits and non-guaranteed benefits are governed by the formal documents and information issued by the insurer.
Residency and CIES
Hong Kong residency and New CIES applications are assessed independently by the relevant authorities. An investment product, asset allocation or professional coordination does not guarantee application approval, renewal or permanent resident status.
Global business expansion and ODI
ODI filing or approval, bank due diligence, foreign-exchange registration, remittance and the outcome of an overseas investment depend on the facts of the project and review by the relevant institutions. This website does not provide arrangements designed to evade regulation or support transactions without genuine commercial substance.
Cross-border tax and filing boundaries
Holding an overseas asset does not, by itself, trigger one uniform reporting obligation. Whether a filing is required depends on factors including tax residence, the nature of overseas income, account and holding structures, transaction or distribution events, foreign taxes paid and the rules applicable to the relevant year.
At present, SHINE FAMILY coordinates cross-border asset and income information collation, general tax consultation, filing preparation and professional support. Where a tax filing is to be handled on a client’s behalf, it must be undertaken within the client’s express authorisation by a professional tax-services institution and personnel that have completed the institution, personnel, credit-management and engagement reporting required by the tax authorities. This website does not promise a zero-tax outcome, exemption from filing, avoidance of CRS reporting, concealment of assets or any predetermined tax result.
Trusts and succession
A trust does not automatically achieve tax avoidance, absolute asset protection, avoidance of debt or guaranteed succession. The legal and tax effects must be assessed on the facts by qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdictions.
Third-party links and marks
References and links to governments, regulators and other public third-party sources are provided solely for fact-checking and convenient access. They do not imply that any such body has authorised, appointed, partnered with or endorsed SHINE FAMILY.
Intellectual property
The brands, text, images and layouts on this website are protected by the applicable rights. They may not be reproduced for commercial promotion without authorisation. When public material is cited, the source must be retained and the original rights holder’s licensing terms observed.
